Lights out.

So today i went to a bowling Halloween party. It was the first party that i got to this week... all the others were canceled. Anyway everyone had started bowling, and they were starting to descend on the snacks when it all stopped. All the light except the EXIT sign had gone out. The lanes had paused, almost funn yin the way that they were halfway picking up pins. There was a school group there as well, and the second that the light went out they screamed... I thought "Dude, what does screaming do?" and a minute later the person who worked at the front desk [who i know can be grumpy at the simplest of times] basically told everyone to shut up. At first we thought it might be a joke, maybe they were playing a Halloween prank? Nope. We soon found out that it wasn't a joke. The snow had messed up the power for the whole area. So we waited. After around 40 minutes the lights came on again. Some of the school kids started bowling, and the-front-desk-lady told them to stop. When they didn't she said something a lot like "IF YOU GUYS DON'T STOP BOWLING RIGHT NOW I WILL TURN YOUR LANES OFF!!!!! STOP BOWLING NOW!!!" It was pretty funny... So after a little while we could bowl again. And then... duh duh duh... The power went out again. Finally it came back on and we started bowling again... and the power stayed on! YAY!
